What it is

Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are full-color prints you heat-press onto garments. They deliver bright color, a soft hand feel, and great stretch—without cutting, layering vinyl, or pretreating. Press onto cotton, polyester, or blends—light or dark—and you’re done.

Simple, height-based sizing & pricing

Pricing is based on your design’s height (top to bottom). The width is fixed at up to 13″ for all tiers. Choose the tier that matches your design’s tallest point (include outlines or shadows). Whether your design is 6″ wide or 13″ wide, the price is the same within that height tier.

Example: A 12″ × 12″ design falls in the 11.1″–14″ tier.

How to Order (it’s easy!)

1. Upload your artwork (PNG with transparent background recommended; high-resolution for best results).
2. Select your height tier (width is capped at 13″).
3. Add any notes (garment type, placement tips, must-have details).
4. Checkout—we’ll print your transfer(s) and ship ready to press.

Application Tip

These settings are based on the hot-peel DTF film we use. Results may vary slightly depending on fabric weight, garment type, and your press, so always test before full production.

• Pre-press garment for ~5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture.
• Set heat press to 300–320°F.
• Press with medium pressure for 5–10 seconds.
• Peel hot: wait about 5–10 seconds after pressing, then peel film while warm.
• Post-press for ~5 seconds with a protective sheet to secure edges and improve wash durability.

Note: This film is designed for a wide variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, synthetics, and even items like denim, leather, or canvas. Always adjust slightly for delicate materials and run a quick test when working with new garments.

Max Width: 13″ (standard A3 width). Choose your tier by height; width can be anything up to 13″.

Artwork Tips for Best Results

• PNG with transparent background preferred (high-res PDF/SVG also accepted).
• Aim for 300 dpi at print size; avoid screenshots or low-res images.
• Convert text to outlines or include fonts to prevent substitutions.
• Include any special notes (distressed edges, placement guides, color specifics).
