Custom DTF Transfers, Ready to Press

Upload print-ready artwork and receive full-color transfers ready for your heat press. DTF works on cotton, polyester and blends, on light or dark garments, with no cutting or weeding.

Transfers are produced in Columbus, and eligible orders ship throughout the United States.

Size and pricing

Choose the smallest listed size that fully contains both dimensions of your finished artwork, including outlines and shadows.

  • 4 × 4 inch gang sheet — 12 identical transfers for $24 ($2 each)
  • Up to 11 × 12 inches — $6 each
  • Up to 13 × 14 inches — $8 each
  • Up to 13 × 18 inches — $10 each

Small-format rule: The xTool Apparel Printer uses full sheet-fed film, so 4 × 4 transfers are produced as a complete gang-sheet run rather than as one-off prints. One 4 × 4 selection includes 12 copies of the same print-ready design. Standalone 6 × 6 and 8 × 10 options are not offered.

For 10 or more identical large-format transfers, request a volume quote before ordering.

How to order

  1. Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF file.
  2. Select the size that fits both artwork dimensions. For 4 × 4, one selection is a 12-transfer gang sheet.
  3. Add any placement, garment or color notes.
  4. Checkout and we will print the transfers ready to press.

Artwork checklist

  • A transparent, high-resolution PNG is preferred.
  • Aim for 300 dpi at the final print size.
  • Avoid screenshots and low-resolution artwork.
  • Convert text to outlines or include the required fonts.
  • Backgrounds will print unless they are transparent.

Pressing guide

  • Pre-press the garment for about 5 seconds.
  • Set the press to 300–320°F with medium pressure.
  • Press for 5–10 seconds.
  • Wait about 5–10 seconds, then peel while warm.
  • Post-press for about 5 seconds using a protective sheet.

Always test first. Fabric weight, garment material and individual heat presses can require small adjustments.

Need finished apparel instead?

One-off custom apparel starts at $24.99 for a standard T-shirt, $35 for a standard crewneck, and $40 for a standard hoodie. A second full-size print adds $8; larger sizes carry the applicable blank-cost premium. Orders of six or more using the same artwork are quoted for volume pricing.
