Shipping and fulfillment

We ship eligible orders throughout the United States. Available delivery methods, shipping charges and any qualifying checkout offers are shown at checkout for the items and destination in your order.

Processing time

• In-stock soap: Allow approximately 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment.
• Ready-to-press DTF transfers: Production timing begins after a usable artwork file is received and depends on order volume and the current production schedule.
• Custom apparel and group orders: The expected production and fulfillment timing is confirmed with your quote and approved order details.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays or an incomplete address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Allow time for the carrier to register the first scan.

Pre-approved local pickup

Local pickup may be arranged before ordering or as part of an approved custom project. Pickup is not available on a walk-in basis, so it must be confirmed in advance.
