Final Soap Run: returns, exchanges and order problems

Final Soap Run bars are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference. Review the ingredient list and scent description on each product page before purchasing.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or has a production defect, email support@reallegitgoods.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos when relevant.

We will review the details. If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the affected item when inventory allows or issue an appropriate refund.
